Parker Tide Named Subcontractor Awardee on PACTS
Jacksonville, Florida, August 2009 –Jacksonville-based CTI Resource Management Services has been awarded an Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide Administrative Support Services.
With a maximum value of $1.5 billion over four (4) functional categories, the Program Management, Administration, Clerical and Technical Services (PACTS) contract is designed to offer a wide-range of professional services throughout DHS. Services acquired under this contract will provide a significant portion of DHS’s organizational support requirements over the next 5 years.

CTI will act as a Prime Contractor in Functional Category 2, Administrative Services, with a team comprised of 14 subcontractors. Team members include: Absolution Business Solutions Corporation (ABSC), AMTIS, Inc., Allied Technology Group, Inc., AVAIN Engineering, LLC, Consequence Management, Inc., Exalt Integrated Technologies, LLC, HCI Action Architectural Consultants, Internal Computer Services (ICS), International Logistics Group, LLC, Information Systems Solutions, Loch Harbour Group, Inc., Millenium System Services, Inc. (MSSI), Parker Tide and WellCon.
As the only Florida company to be awarded a PACTS contract, CTI will now compete with nine other Prime Contractors on future administrative support task orders released by DHS.
