Anthony W. Parker, President
Mr. Anthony W. Parker is the owner and President of Parker Tide. Mr. Parker founded the company and grew it from a small personnel agency to a solutions based Federal Government contracting company with projects in 12 states. Mr. Parker is responsible for the strategic direction and overall management of Parker Tide. He is a Vietnam Veteran, U.S. Navy, received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College, and his J.D. and Masters in Tax Law from Georgetown Law Center. Mr. Parker has over 35 years experience in law, finance, and human resources.

Madaleine Hillsberg, Vice President of Government Solutions
Ms. Madaleine Hillsberg is the Vice President of Government Solutions for Parker Tide. Ms. Hillsberg is responsible for oversight of Parker Tide’s Government Solutions Team. Her core mission is to build and service the Federal Government sector while providing seamless service to our client projects. Ms. Hillsberg received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Mexico and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. She has over 12 years of experience working with client accounts in the private and public sector.

John Malherek, Director of Government Solutions
Mr. John Malherek is the Director of Government Solutions for Parker Tide. Mr. Malherek is responsible for developing Parker Tide’s large acquisition approach as well as developing and fostering on-going relationships with Parker Tide’s teaming partners. Mr. Malherek obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing his Certificate in Procurement and Contracts Management from the University of Virginia. He has 15 years of experience in the client relations field.

Rachel Pace, Director of Client Relations
Ms. Rachel Pace is the Director of Client Relations for Parker Tide. Ms. Pace is responsible for supporting the needs of our existing clients and raising awareness among new clients. She is dedicated to serving Parker Tide clients from capture to close. Ms. Pace received a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. She has extensive experience in business development and sales.

Richard Dolan, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Richard Dolan is the Vice President of Operations for Parker Tide. Mr. Dolan is responsible for oversight of Parker Tide’s Program Operations team. Mr. Dolan leads Parker Tide’s recruitment strategy and provides direction and overall supervision for Parker Tide’s project management. Mr. Dolan earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA. Mr. Dolan has 10 years experience in human resources, recruitment, and project management.

Matthew Richards, Program Manager
Mr. Matthew Richards is a Program Manager for Parker Tide. Mr. Richards ensures our client projects run effectively and efficiently. He plays a leading role in recruiting candidates from diverse employment disciplines for our Federal and commercial clients. Mr. Richards earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Cleveland State University. He has extensive experience in human resources and customer service.

Hamilton Clark, Program Assistant
Mr. Hamilton Clark is a Program Assistant for Parker Tide. Mr. Clark is responsible for research and proposal development. Mr. Clark earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Vanderbilt University and is currently pursuing his Master's of Business Administration at the George Washington University. Prior to joining Parker Tide, Hamilton served as a Member Relations Associate in the Human Resources Department at the Corporate Executive Board in Rosslyn, VA.

Julie Malherek, Vice President of Administration
Ms. Julie Malherek is the Vice President of Administration for Parker Tide. Ms. Malherek oversees the administrative functions of Parker Tide and is responsible for Parker Tide contracts and billing as it relates to each government agency. She manages large projects and implements procedure compliance programs for Parker Tide. Ms. Malherek earned a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta. Ms. Malherek has over 17 years of experience in administration and management.

Debra Colson, Office Manager
Ms. Debra Colson is the Office Manager for Parker Tide. Ms. Colson is Parker Tide’s employee liaison as it relates to payroll, benefits, and travel planning. She is our client contact for invoicing, purchase cards, and accounts payable. Ms. Colson earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Morgan State University, Baltimore, Maryland. She has 18 years of experience in administration and customer service.

Alicia Pappas, Front Desk Administrator
Ms. Alicia Pappas is the Front Desk Administrator for Parker Tide. Ms. Pappas provides administrative support to Parker Tide and assists candidates with pre-employment paperwork, maintains the employee files, tracks employee time and attendance, and is the first point of contact here at Parker Tide. Ms. Pappas earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Siena College, Loudonville, New York and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree from Catholic University, Washington, DC.
